We make our dishes with fresh seafood unique to Naruto and locally sourced ingredients to serve our customers with heartwarming hospitality. About us
We have selected ingredients primarily from the seafood of the Strait of Naruro [na loo toh] and locally sourced ingredients from Tokushima [toh koo shee mah]. Please try the seasonal flavors of Tokushima with sake that goes nicely with the local fish dishes.Enjoy Japanese cuisine for yourselves.
Menu listOur original alcoholic drinks
Together with our excellent dishes, we have two of our finest original sake for you. One is shochu [shoh choo] – smooth aromatic alcoholic beverage distilled from barley in the city of Kurashiki [koo lah shee kee] in the prefecture of Okayama [oh kah yah mah]. The other is reishu [lay shoo] – cold sake with a soft refreshing taste, locally produced in the city of Mima [mee mah] in our prefecture. They are also available as a souvenir for your family, friends, or someone special. If you are interested, please feel free to ask our staff members.
