Our priority is on building close partnerships with local fishermen and procuring fresh seafood caught every morning just to make dishes with seasonal fish from the waters near Naruto. We keep these seafood items alive in our fish tank so that our guests can enjoy their freshest taste. We also pay special attention not just to the seafood, but to agricultural produce from the local farmers as well.
